Home builder building winning reputation

Lethbridge home buyers and builders recognize Dave Scherloski's reputation for quality and value. But now the industry province-wide has added its stamp of approval-for an unprecedented third time.

"This is a first for anyone in Alberta Home Builders' history," says Bryan Matthews, executive director of the association's branch in Lethbridge.

Scherloski, who's completed more than 100 Sherlock Homes projects in the Uplands neighbourhood over the last four years, was named the builder of Alberta's best home in the 1,100-to 1,300-square foot category. Judges who examined the home, at 15 Cougar Cres. N., selected it over entries from major builders and smaller contractors in all parts of Alberta.
