In the home inspection we start outside and cover from the state of the roof, to the walls, windows, and the foundation. Along with the land scaping and locations of the utility connections on the house.
Inside on the main floor we look in the attic for insulation. We check all the rooms for their condition and amount of electrical. In the bathrooms and Kitchen - we do the plumbing, and fixtures along with the cabinets and flooring.
In the basement after we have checked the rooms, we look at the inside of the exterior walls if not covered and then we look at the furnace, hot water tank, and electrical panel.
We look at and check many other things and record as we do a very extensive inspection on your future purchase making it easier for you to know what you are purchasing.
